Privacy Policy

We keep this simple because we collect very little. This policy explains what information we receive when you contact us and how we handle it.

Last updated: June 2026

01 · Overview

Office Industrial Retail Team, operating under Ground Matrix (“we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. Our website is primarily informational, and we do not maintain user accounts or collect more personal information than is necessary to respond to you and provide our brokerage services.

02 · Information We Collect

We only collect information you voluntarily provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your inquiry — when you submit our “Book a Meeting” form, email us, or call us. We do not require you to create an account. Our site may store a small amount of data in your browser’s local storage to remember simple preferences (for example, a background-audio setting); that information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

03 · How We Use It

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule meetings, and provide commercial real estate brokerage services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

04 · Service Providers

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through a third-party form-to-email service, and your message passes through that provider’s systems to reach us. Email and phone communications are handled through standard service providers. These providers process your information only to deliver your message to us and are subject to their own privacy practices.

05 · Cookies & Analytics

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any data stored locally in your browser is used only for basic site functionality. If we introduce website analytics in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

06 · Retention, Security & Your Choices

We retain inquiry information only as long as needed to assist you and meet legal or business requirements. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You may request that we access, correct, or delete the information you have provided — including rights afforded to California residents — by emailing us at Jake@groundmatrix.com. Our site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

07 · Changes & Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the version posted here governs. Questions may be directed to Jake@groundmatrix.com.
